Indie Candy Chocolate Bunnies - It's going to be a wonderful Easter!

As unprepared as I am for Easter this year, nothing made me happier than the arrival of some special treats I ordered for my kids.  This year they will be enjoying their very own dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free chocolates!

My order from Peanut Free Planet included jellybeans I promoted in my most recent blog, Surf Sweets, and Classic Chocolate Bunnies from Indie Candy.  I can't wait for my kids to enjoy these allergy~friendly delights!

Ingredients include:  EVAPORATED CANE JUICE, CHOCOLATE LIQUOR AND NON-DAIRY COCOA BUTTER.

Also stated on the packaging:  MADE IN A DEDICATED NUT AND GLUTEN FREE FACILITY.  THIS PRODUCT IS PRODUCED ON A DEDICATED DAIRY-AND-SOY-FREE LINE.  INGREDIENTS HAVE BEEN ADDITIONALLY TESTED TO ENSURE STRICT ALLERGEN CONTROL STANDARDS HAVE BEEN MET.  CERTIFIED GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN, AND CFC PAREVE.

One of my goals as a parent of children with multiple food allergies is to allow them to enjoy many of the same rituals as other families, especially when it comes to food, as so many of their friends.
