Lemon Zest Smoothie
|Thirsty Thursday Lemon Zest Smoothie Recipe|
1/4 C vanilla flax milk
1/2 C water
1/2 C vanilla protein
1/2 lemon peeled and sliced; or 1 - 2 T fresh lemon juice
1 - 2 tsp stevia
And it's easy to put this together when traveling or on the go~
Add ice...or NOT... blend and 'Down the Hatch' it goes!
