Without a doubt, summer is in full swing! The 90's are here and it's too hot to cook!!
Tonight my kids asked for one of their favorite standbys, and I was more than willing to oblige on this sweltering day.
I heated up the kettle and Top Ramen was ready in 5!

Using this product should always be decided on a personal basis. I know that some individuals will not purchase any products manufactured in a facility that contains other allergens they avoid. I also know that the 'natural' and 'artificial' flavor ingredients will be of concern to some.
I won't purchase an item when the packaging states 'manufactured on the same equipment with MILK, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, FISH, SHELLFISH'. I know this is a very personal decision we each have to make.
CAUTION: Do NOT buy Maruchan Top Ramen noodles as they do contain MILK.
I hope this may be an option you can add to your 'quick and easy' dinner list. We added a side of steamed zucchini and dinner was served!
