SuperSeedz Gourmet Pumpkin Seeds - Peanut Free, Tree Nut Free, Vegan and SO MUCH MORE~

I was recently contacted by a company asking if I'd be interested in sampling their 'Gourmet Pumpkin Seeds'.  Realizing they met my family's allergy~friendly criteria - egg-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, tree-nut free, fish-free and shellfish-free, I jumped at the chance to try a new snack product we ALL would enjoy.  It doesn't hurt that they are also gluten-free, soy-free, Certified GMO-free and MSG-free... satisfying the desires of many of my fans.

When they arrived on my doorstep, I didn't know which of these all-natural, dry roasted pumpkin seeds I wanted to try first!  So, I let my kids decide.  Now, we're ALL addicted!

ALLERGY~FRIENDLY and HEALTHY.  One can't go wrong with Superseedz Gourmet Pumpkin Seeds.  This plant based food source contains up to 9g of protein per ounce, and 15% of one's recommended daily intake (RDI) of zinc and iron.

The hardest decision you're going to have is deciding which of the 8 flavors is your favorite: Really Naked, Sea Salt, Cinnamon and Sugar, Coco Joe, Tomato Italiano, Curious Curry, Somewhat Spicy and Super Spicy.  Sweet, salty, spicy... added to yogurt, salads or snacked on alone... there's an option for every taste bud preference.

Coco Joe and Cinnamon and Sugar tied for first place with my kids.  My son and husband also really liked the Somewhat Spicy and Super Spicy.

I brought the package of Tomato Italiano to snack on at work tonight, and my colleague liked them so much he immediately went on-line and ordered 6 bags of them!

Need I say more?

  1. My son is 20 months old. Do you think he would be able to chew these or are they pretty crunchy? Thanks!
