Dairy Free Dessert - Delicious Allergy~Friendly Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Dairy-free, Egg-free, Nut-free, Gluten-free Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Once again, it's NOT that we can't eat in our house what others eat.  We just USE different ingredients and WE make them.  Here is our easy to make dairy-free (milk-free), egg-free, nut-free, gluten-free snack that anyone can easily throw together.

My daughter made these yesterday after school to take to school today for a Friday party they are having'.  For exactly sure what the occasion is, but the teacher is letting them bring in whatever snacks they want, and they get to watch a movie later in the day.

Melt some of your favorite dairy-free chocolate chips in your Favorite Chocolate Melter, fondue pot or whatever you use to melt them.  Remember, Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips are FREE of the top 8 allergens.

Salton Maker we bought years ago

Add a small amount of Coconut Oil or Shortening to help it melt
 and separate more smoothly.

Bought this at  Costco
Dip whatever pretzels (or strawberries!) you use and place them on parchment paper to dry.

Magnifique!

Maybe Chef Alain Braux would approve of this gluten-free, dairy-free snack if I made the pretzels from scratch!  That's a different recipe~
