Gimbal's Gourmet Jelly Beans - Free of Top 8 Allergens!

Heading off to school with food allergens can be daunting for both parents and children.  I have had my moments of worrying, especially during the holiday season with holiday treats and activities everywhere!  I found a jelly bean which is dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, gluten-free, peanut-free, tree-nut free, fish-free and shellfish-free.

Here is a gourmet jelly bean my youngest used when in kindergarten, which he used making Christmas gingerbread houses at school!  It states on their packaging and website that these are FREE OF THE TOP 8 ALLERGENS and NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP!!

I am not a promoter of food free classrooms because this would mean that my children couldn't share their delicious allergy~friendly treats with their friends.  It has also allowed me the opportunity to research and discover alternatives to make baking in the classroom fun for everyone!
