Snacks at 30,000 Feet? Biscoff Cookies... Yes, there are options for those of us with allergies!

4 flights and 11 days later, I have returned home after a wonderful vacation with my kid safely in bed and epipens and a benadryl set aside.

Dealing with kids and multiple food allergies really does get easier as they get older.  I am realizing that my confidence in my abilities and theirs to handle possible allergy situations increases.  With this comes a renewed freedom that we truly can travel, eat and have fun outside of our home!

These are without a doubt, our favorite Delta Air Lines COMPLIMENTARY snack.  Drip a little lime juice on one cookie, and OHHHH, how delicious that tastes!!

If by chance you're flying with your  PEANUT allergic child, PLEASE, don't hesitate to explain the situation and ask for a biscoff cookie instead!  With a pleasant explanation, most flight attendants are more than willing to accomodate such an easy request.

These cookies are so popular you can purchase them by the case from their website.

Enjoy!  We do, every chance we get.
