Sof'Ella - Looking for a GLUTEN-FREE all purpose Baking Mix?

My friend, Clover, is a fabulous baker and cook and is fortunate enough to have NO food allergies.  If you've had the opportunity to try any of her Four Leaf Clover Almond Roca, you already know what I mean!  Lucky for us, she likes to experiment with alternative products and came across one she recommended to me.  I have tasted cookies and breads she has made with this product and they are delicious, as usual.
