Fruity Snacks - Another possibility for your allergy~friendly home

Came across yet another fruit snack my kids enjoy.  I can't see any traces of dairy, eggs or nuts in the ingredient list.  This will be a nice addition to the options for school snacks as the thought of the school bell quickly arrives.  


I bought these in a package which included three flavors:  strawberry, cherry and mixed berry.  Each bag is 2.5 oz.


Kellogg's Strawberry Fruity Snacks, distributed by Kellogg Sales Co., Battle Creek, MI.  




Ingredients include:  CORN SYRUP, SUGAR, APPLE PUREE CONCENTRATE, WATER, MODIFIED CORNSTARCH, GELATIN, CONTAINS TWO PERCENT OR LESS OF CITRIC ACID, ASCORBIC ACID (VITAMIN C), NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, COCONUT OIL*, CARNAUBA WAX, YELLOW #5, RED #40, SODIUM CITRATE, BLUE #1.
*ADDS A TRIVIAL AMOUNT OF FAT.


There is no listing of dairy, eggs, soy or nuts.  My kids tried these and really enjoyed them.  I know there may be some concern for those worried about natural and artificial flavors.
