Oreo Cookies - Milk, Egg and Nut-Free? One of Life's Wonderful Delights!

As I poured a large glass of milk and sat down to figure out what would be my next product blog, I started laughing.  That stack of 5 cookies I was to quickly consume was the answer!  Not only do I love them, but my dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free children count them as one of their favorite treats of all time!!

I can't believe I have just now realized I hadn't written about them.  What was I thinking? 


Oreo Sandwich Cookies, a Nabisco brand and owned by Kraft Foods Global, Inc., Northfield, IL.

Ingredients includeSUGAR, UNBLEACHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE {VITAMIN B1}, RIBOFLAVIN {VITAMIN B2}, FOLIC ACID), HIGH OLEIC CANOLA OIL AND/OR PALM OIL AND/OR SOYBEAN OIL, COCOA PROCESSED WITH ALKALI}, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, CORNSTARCH, LEAVENING (BAKING SODA AND/OR CALCIUM PHOSPHATE), SALT, SOY LECITHIN, VANILLIN - AN ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, CHOCOLATE.

In my home we're split down the middle.  One half prefers the original Oreo Sandwich Cookies.  The other smarter half, prefers the Golden Originals
