Sunflower Seeds and Gluten/Wheat-Free Bread all in one stop!

While on vacation, I was able to visit one of my favorite stores, Trader Joe's.  What a luxury it was to browse the aisles alone without additional munchkins trailing beside me.

My first find was a 16 oz. bag of Trader Joe's Roasted and Unsalted Sunflower Seeds.  My family loves these in salads and homemade trail mixes.  I was happy to find that this brand doesn't have the often found statement 'may contain traces of peanuts or tree nuts' on the packaging.  I grabbed two bags!

My second find was an item recommended from a family member who eats wheat/gluten-free products.  She finds this particular brand to be the best tasting she has found to date.  She doesn't find it as chalky as some wheat/gluten-free breads can be and really enjoys it toasted.  I found this wheat/gluten free bread to be moister and less crumbly than others I have tasted.  As I have mentioned before, I am not a gluten-free mama and I did enjoy this toasted with a bit of milk-free margarine and jam.
