Here's a quick allergy~friendly recipe to go with your back to NATURE apple blueberry granola. This can be milk/egg/soy/nut free.
ALLERGY~FRIENDLY BREAKFAST BANANA SPLIT
Frozen Yogurt - 2 to 3 scoops (soy or coconut)
Hershey's Chocolate Syrup (okay... maybe save this for dessert or a birthday breakfast!)
You have your fruit, calcium and fiber all wrapped in one! They won't even know they're eating some HEALTHY.
Be prepared to be parent of the day!! At least for a morning...
