The connection between OU-D labeling and dairy...
I had just posted about a product citing it as being DAIRY-FREE and then saw the kosher symbols OU-D. These look like the letter U with a circle around it and the capital letter D standing alone next to the other.
I did not understand completely what this meant, but know it is some indication of possible milk ingredients. This began my google search and I came across some information I wanted to share.
