This local Mama's speciality is a multitude of delicious tasting, vegan, vegetarian, preservative-free and gluten-free products. From someone who IS NOT gluten-free, I think these products are delicious. Breads, cookies and scrumptious pastries. Award winning, organic ingredients, family owned and operated. What's even more amazing is that many of these products are also soy-free, egg-free, peanut-free AND sometimes dairy-free.

Amaretti, Biscotti al Cioccolato and Biscotti al Anice. Heavenly! My daughter and I LOVED them all. Italian Snow Balls? Since they had walnuts and dairy in them, I ate them myself. Poof! Gone before I could have shared anyway!

Dietary restrictions didn't hold this Mama back from providing her kids with the same childhood delicacies she grew up. On the contrary, it was their challenges which drove her entrepreneurial spirit.
