2012 is coming to an end with great support from all of my followers!
A huge heartfelt 'THANK YOU' to all of you who are continuous supporters of my blog! I am incredibly thankful to all of you who took the time to vote for Smart Allergy~Friendly Education in two recent contests I entered.This October, I was proud to be nominated to be a part of the Circle of Moms Top 25 Food Allergy Bloggers of 2012 contest. Unfortunately, I was a bit MIA from my blogging during this time because I was preoccupied with co-chairing a school fundraiser.
I couldn't have been happier with the end results of both events. Due to great support from my fans, I was pleased to come in 27th place, a far greater position than last year's 78th position! And our fundraiser brought in over $100,000-!! Two proud accomplishments.
Next year I hope to be make it to the TOP 25!!
In December, I entered the Intuit Small Business Big Wishes $5000- grant contest. My business wish was to have the money to print and market my own line of allergy~friendly stickers. Although I wasn't selected, the support I received has encouraged me to go ahead and do this on my own. Within 6 months, I hope to have this product available on-line through my site and available in local stores!
