Vanilla Coconut Smoothie Recipe - Dairy-free, Egg-free, Peanut-free

Here is the RECIPE for another 'Thirsty Thursday Allergy~friendly Smoothie'!

Please NOTE a few clarifications.
2 'scoops' of protein is equal to 1/2 Cup.
'1/2 Cup' fiber was really 1/8 Cup using my personal scoop.

Vanilla Coconut Smoothie

*Dairy free, Egg free, Peanut free and Gluten free
**Includes Coconut

1 8 ounce container of Hemp Vanilla

1/2 C Vanilla Protein
1/8 C fiber
1/4 C unsweetened applesauce
1 T Toasted Coconut Flakes 
Add nutmeg to taste

Add ice...or NOT... blend and 'Down the Hatch' it goes!
