These ladies will sure to be discussing some of their gluten-free, healthy and delicious alternatives for those new to managing dietary restrictions or just wanting to eat healthier.  As a mom managing 6 of the top 8 allergens in my home, my goal is to focus on easy resources, from S.A.F.E. food allergy labels to nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free products, you may NOT have known were even available to help make your life easier!
