Vegan Grated Parmesan Cheese - DF, GF and SF possibilities

Until recently, we had not found a grated parmesan cheese which was dairy-free.  I was thrilled to finally find this product I have seen and heard about through other milk allergic families.  If anyone else is looking for a lactose-free, casein-free, dairy-free and/or gluten-free possibility, this may work for you.  Looking for a soy-free option too?  This distributor has one.

Even better, is that my kids have enjoyed putting this on their pasta.  Does it taste like regular grated parmesan cheese?  Well, no.  But my kids don't know any differently and they like it.

The link to their Rice Vegan webpage states this particular product has all of the benefits of the Vegan Cheese but has the added bonus of being soy-free. 

Although it's not stated on their packaging, it appears this product is also egg-free and nut-free, two other necessities for our mealtimes.  Galaxy Nutritional Foods also has slices, blocks, shreds, topping and spreadables.
