Blissful Allergy~Friendly Frozen 'Dark Chocolate' Coconut Dessert Bars from Luna and Larry's

Came across a new product which is already a much enjoyed addition to our household treats.  Found these on my most recent visit to the local Coop store and they are dairy free, egg free, soy free, nut free, gluten free and vegan.  They are not cheap, but they are KID approved.

Luna and Larry's Organic 'Dark Chocolate' Coconut Bliss Bars, distributed by Bliss Unlimited, LLC. There are also Naked Coconut frozen dessert bars.  Their pints come in many more varieties, such as Mint Galactica, Naked Coconut and Cherry Amaretto, just to name a few.

Coconut Bliss Review from S.A.F.E. 

The ingredients include:  Organic coconut milk (Organic Coconut, water, guar gum*), Organic Agave Syrup, Organic Fair Trade Cocoa (processed with alkali), Organic Vanilla Extract. *We use a tiny amount of guar gum (less than .35%) - which is made by grinding the fiber-rich Indian guar bean - to help maintain Coconut Bliss's creamy texture. 

There are also a few other declarations on the packaging which others may find important:

It states on the packaging that these dessert bars are dense and silky.  I would also have to add CREAMY AND DELICIOUS!!
