Dad's Gluten-Free Pizza Crust - NOT JUST GLUTEN-FREE!

Autism?  Gluten-intolerance?  On their journey to help their son and live a healthier life, this family became the owners of a business proudly promoting the fact that their products are:  gluten-free, wheat-free, egg-free, dairy-free, casein-free, soy-free, corn-free and contain NO added preservatives.

Kuna is a small town located outside of Boise, Idaho, but you can find these products from crust to crust - OOPS, I mean coast to coast!

DAD'S Gluten-Free Pizza Crust, Manufactured by DAD'S Gluten-Free Pizza Crust, Kuna, Idaho.

Ingredients include: WHITE RICE FLOUR, WATER, POTATO STARCH, POTATO FLOUR, TAPIOCA FLOUR, SUGAR, CANOLA OIL, XANTHAN GUM, SALT, YEAST.

For more information, contact:  Dad's Gluten-Free Pizza or 208-559-8880.

Be sure to visit their website to learn more about their personal story, retailers and restaurants carry them.

I recently tried these doughs out with my kids and their friends.  Considering that none of us are gluten-free, I was very curious how they would like them.

Four pizza designers...each getting a half of their own pre-made dough.
Four different ideas!

The milk-free ones are easy to spot!  Those would be my kids.

The end results were DELISH and well received~

Want to make cheese bread or bread sticks?  Just follow their easy directions on their packaging.  Also, be sure to pre-bake the crust a bit as is suggested before adding the toppings.  It will give you a crispier dough.

Wondering where you can find them locally?  Check out Jake's Gluten-Free StorePier 49 Pizza, and one of my favorite stores providing options for ALL allergy~friendly seeking shoppers, http://www.boisecoop.com/
